Join Olympian and NZ Record holder Helena Gasson as she looks to impart her knowledge on the fundamentals and basics of Butterfly and sprint swimming. Helena will be sharing her favouroite drills and tips that have helped propel her to success both Nationally and Internationally throughout her swimming career.
Please have your swimmers confident in 50m of each stroke to maximise learning potential.

Backstroke Clinic - Saturday 18th April
Olympian & NZ Record holder Helena Gasson will be sharing their knowledge on the fundamentals of Backstroke, backstroke skills and successful backstroke race strategies.
Helena will take the athletes through the fundamentals of the backstroke start, fast and efficient underwaters, and all things backstroke!
Please have your swimmers confident in 50m of each stroke to maximise learning potential.
