Breaststroke Clinic: Saturday 19th July

1 Hour small class (Max 10) Clinic focusing on Breaststroke Technique, Turns, Water feel, and Underwater.  The goal of this clinic is for your swimmer to establish a well timed, efficient, fast and long Breaststroke stroke. It will also go over the fundamentals of the Breaststroke touch turn and pull-outs for a well-rounded Breaststroke skilled swimmer.

Clinic Times:

  • 1.00 - 2.00 pm (10 years & Under)

  • 2.15 - 3.15 pm (11 - 12 years)

  • 3.30 - 4.30 pm (13 years & Over)

Butterfly + Sprint Clinic: Saturday 2nd August

Join Olympian and NZ Record holder Hazel Ouwehand as she returns to the Waikato to impart her knowledge on the fundamentals and basics of Butterfly and sprint swimming. Hazel will be sharing her favouroite drills and tips that have helped propel her to success both Nationally and Internationally throughout her swimming career. Clinics are 1 hour and small class (maximum 10 per age group).

Please have your swimmers confident in 50m of each stroke to maximise learning potential.

Dives + Underwater Clinic: Saturday 2nd August

One of the Worlds best skills swimmers - Olympian and NZ Record holder Helena Gasson will be sharing her knowledge and expertise on all things Dives and Underwater. The very fundamentals of all swimming and racing, and to help otimise your abilities for this coming Short Course season! Clinics are 1 hour and small class (maximum 10 per age group).
